Cast It terms
The service
Cast It provides organization-controlled digital bulletin boards and TV display links. You must be authorized to manage your organization and upload or display its content. You retain rights to your content and authorize us to store and serve it to your selected displays.
Accounts and screen links
Keep administrator credentials and display links private. A display link grants read access to its published board and assigned media. Anyone with that link can view it. Rotate a link to revoke a lost device. Each purchased display link licenses one physical display.
Subscriptions and trials
Setup and preview are free. Monthly and annual subscriptions include two live display links and may start with a one-time 3-day trial. A payment method is required. Unless canceled, Stripe charges the selected recurring plan automatically when the trial ends. Extra screens have the recurring price shown before purchase; annual additions may be prorated. Cancel before renewal from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the shown billing period.
Free special access
The platform owner may grant or revoke free access and set a screen allowance or expiry date. Converting a trial to free access cancels its Stripe trial subscription. When free access ends, displays pause until paid checkout is completed. There is no second trial or automatic card charge from revocation.
Payments and interruptions
Paid charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Only the platform owner may approve discretionary refunds or reductions in purchased add-ons. Failed payments may receive a 48-hour grace period. Keep a current backup of original media. Display availability depends on your internet connection, browser, hardware, and hosting. PowerPoint animation and exact font fidelity are not guaranteed; use PDF for fixed slide appearance.
Content and responsibility
Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack permission to display. Organizations are responsible for their published materials and who can access their screen links. We may suspend access for nonpayment, unlawful use or security issues. Cast It is not an emergency alert system.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, service is provided without an uninterrupted-availability warranty, and liability is limited to fees paid for this product during the prior three months. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
